What fabrics are the dresses made from?
All Golfabella® dresses are made from high-quality fabrics designed to fit great and breathe while you play in style. You can read more about our fabrics on the Golfabella® Difference page, as well as on each dress product page.
Are the dresses size inclusive?
Yes! Signature dress styles are available in X-Small through XX- Large (This excludes SIGNATURE POLO-SLEEVE DRESS WITH PLISSE SKIRT). Seasonal collections are available in X-Small through X-Large.
What size should I order?
Golfabella® dresses run true to size. You can access the size chart here to confirm your measurements and size.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Terms are Net 30 days for customers that have been approved for Credit Terms.
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit Card customers will be charged in full at time of purchase.
For those with Net 30 days terms, payment is due within 30 days from the date of issuance of the invoice for your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your Golfabella® account.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 72 business hours from the time your order is placed, pending availability, credit card authorization, and/or processing times. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your shipping address and the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please note, due to global delays among many carriers, you may experience slight delivery delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Orders processed within the continental U.S. using Standard Shipping will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
What are the shipping fees?
All orders are subject to FedEx shipping rates, calculated at time of purchase.
Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, please provide a street address for shipment as we cannot deliver packages to P.O. boxes. For additional information, please visit Golfabella Purchase Policies.
Can you ship outside of the U.S.?
We are only shipping to addresses within the U.S. at this time.
Do you accept returns?
Golfabella® accepts returns for the following reasons only:
a. Defective merchandise
b. Error on behalf of Golfabella® (including mistakes in order fulfillment, processing or shipping).

When will my credit card be refunded?
Your credit card refund will be processed within 5 days of the product being received. Please note, your bank will then take a few days to return the money to your account.
